Julia Teske, LL.M

“Leadership and conscientiousness are key qualities for successful insolvency administration”

After completing her vocational training as a retail commercial agent and subsequently working in this profession, Julia Teske studied commercial law at the University of Kassel. After her graduation in 2015, she worked as a commercial lawyer in insolvency administration at Henningsmeier Attorneys-at-Law until 2017. Julia Teske has been one of the assets of our team in Melsungen since January 2018.

Attorney Julia Teske focuses on standard insolvency proceedings; she guides continuations of business operations in corporate insolvencies and consistently and conscientiously determines challenges and other insolvency-specific claims. Another focus of Julia Teske’s work is in the area of final reporting and final accounting.

The commercial lawyer is also in charge of the management and organization of the non-lawyer casework in the area of standard and corporate insolvencies and the vocational trainees at the Melsungen office.

Julia Teske devotes a major part of her free time to sports activities and is the volunteer leader of a sports class at the local gym.
