In its ruling of April 30, 2019 (666 IN 90/19), the Kassel Local Court appointed attorney Jutta Rüdlin, partner at BRRS Attorneys-at-Law, to be the provisional insolvency administrator in the insolvency proceedings against the assets of Mr. Claus Wiegand, owner of Wiegand Transporte, Falderbaumstrasse 35, 34123 Kassel.
Wiegand Transporte is a small midsize company that has been located in Kassel in northern Hesse since August 2000 and that offers custom transport services/special transports of dangerous goods subject to ADR regulations, of hazardous waste for third parties in accordance with Section 53 Act for the Promotion of Recycling Management and Securing the Environmentally Compatible Management of Waste [Gesetz zur Förderung der Kreislaufwirtschaft und Sicherung der umweltverträglichen Bewirtschaftung von Abfällen; KrWG], of medical products in accordance with the requirements of the medical device laws, with Section 36 Postal Act [Postgesetz], and others. The company has a workforce of 41 employees.
Business operations will continue during the petition procedure. The aim is to achieve a transferring reorganization.
