Attorney Markus Ritterrath combined legal and business thinking at an early stage through his choice of majors in his studies as well as positions at a large law firm in the M&A sector, a globally active insurance company, and at one of the largest law firms in Cape Town. Since his admission to the bar in 2012, Markus Ritterrath has been part of the team that is today the firm BRRS Attorneys-at-Law. Markus Ritterrath has been a partner at BRRS Rechtsanwälte since January 1, 2023 and heads the Bonn office. Since 2022 he has been appointed as insolvency administrator and expert by the district courts of Mainz, Wiesbaden, Bonn, Cologne, Limburg and Neuwied.
BRRS attorney Ritterrath focuses on insolvency administration, continuation of business operations, and reorganization. In his view, his important task is cooperating with all involved parties to come up with appropriate and future-oriented solutions in a difficult situation.
