Ulrich Rosenkranz came to Hamburg for his legal clerkship after studying in Bonn and Freiburg. In the fall of 1986, he became a founding partner of the law firm HENNINGSMEIER Attorneys-at-Law and has since been active as an insolvency administrator primarily in Hamburg, Schleswig-Holstein, and Mecklenburg-West Pomerania.
This BRRS founding partner is frequently appointed as insolvency administrator and trustee in insolvency proceedings, above all in the area of reorganization and restructuring of companies and primarily for cases from the hotel and real estate industries and agricultural operations.
Moreover, attorney Ulrich Rosenkranz counsels companies outside of insolvency proceedings on issues of insolvency law, above all the liability of managing directors. Together with Joachim Büttner, Ulrich Rosenkranz has managed the firm’s offices in Hamburg and Mecklenburg-West Pomerania since BRRS was founded at the beginning of 2018.
When acting as insolvency administrator, Ulrich Rosenkranz brings a hands-on approach steeled by adversity to the table that — when coupled with his tremendous diligence and broad expertise gained from 30 years of working in insolvency law — makes him an ideal partner in a crisis. Ulrich Rosenkranz lives with his family in Hamburg, where he enjoys rowing in the eight or pursuing his love of photography.
