Born in Mainz, Maximilian Waldmann joined the team at BRRS Rechtsanwälte in 2025 as a lawyer specializing in insolvency and corporate law.

Even during his studies, he developed a passion for corporate law issues and completed his specialized studies in corporate and capital market law as well as tax law.

With his structured and solution-oriented approach, Mr. Waldmann guides those involved safely through the complex processes of insolvency and restructuring proceedings and develops sound solutions at the interface of corporate and insolvency law.

In addition to his professional expertise, Mr. Waldmann is characterized by his responsible and attentive manner. In his free time, he enjoys outdoor sports – hiking in the summer and skiing in the mountains in the winter.
