BRRS partner Jutta Rüdlin, together with her colleagues from the board and advisory board Dr. Robert Hänel and Henrik Brandenburg, represented the German Association of Insolvency Administrators and Administrators (VID ) at a panel discussion on the topic of “Digitalization of Insolvency Proceedings” at the Federal Ministry of Justice (BMJ).
The event offered representatives of the state justice administrations and administrators the opportunity to exchange views on the current status of digitalization in insolvency and restructuring proceedings and to discuss possible future steps. Henrik Brandenburg, Head of the Committee for Digitalization and Data Protection at the VID, supported the event with a presentation on the current status of the digitalization of insolvency proceedings from an administrator’s perspective.
