The speaker will once again be Prof Dr Christoph Thole, with BRRS partner Joachim B\u00fcttner acting as moderator.<\/h2>\n<p>Prof Thole will focus on incongruence as the starting point for successful challenges of intent. He will also address the situation with offsetting based on the decision of the BGH of 8 December 2022 (IX ZR 175\/21). In addition, the condoning of future lack of payment options in the case of congruent cover will also be discussed (see BGH of 6 May 2021, IX ZR 72\/20).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Discuss with Prof Thole<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We are delighted that we have once again been able to engage Prof Dr Christoph Thole (University of Cologne) as a speaker.
