Hamburg<\/span>,<\/span> October<\/span> 01<\/span>,<\/span> 2024<\/span>:<\/span> For<\/span> the<\/span> 7th<\/span> time<\/span>,<\/span> BRRS<\/span> Rechtsanw\u00e4lte<\/span> is<\/span> organizing<\/span> a<\/span> first<\/span>–<\/span>class<\/span> digital<\/span> workshop<\/span>.<\/span> <\/span>This year’s speaker will once again be Prof. Dr. Christoph Thole, with BRRS partner Joachim B\u00fcttner acting as moderator.<\/span><\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>

The speaker will measure the field of tension that arises from “mere hopes”, “justified hopes for improvement”, “optimistic assessment”, “reasonable prospects” and, on the other hand, an obvious lack of expectable debt coverage capacity on the basis of the decisions of 18.04.2024 (BGH IX ZR 239\/22; BGH IX ZR 129\/22) in the newly aligned intent contestation.<\/span><\/p>\n

We are pleased that we were able to win Prof. Dr. Christoph Thole (University of Cologne) as a speaker again this year. <\/span>Prof. Thole will analyze the decision together with us and answer the questions of the participants in a moderated discussion round.<\/span><\/p>\n
