Working at BRRS means you are part of a team that works on complex and demanding legal, economic, and human challenges relating to reorganization, restructuring, and insolvency administration at five locations in Germany \u2014 in Eschborn near Frankfurt, in Melsungen near Kassel, in Erfurt, in Hamburg, and in Ribnitz-Damgarten on the Baltic Sea. The BRRS Career Culture for Attorneys-at-Law<\/h2>\n

When you work as an attorney at BRRS, you receive a fixed salary with additional rewards for your personal accomplishments in the spirit of \u201cmerit-based share.\u201d This is equally true for partners. Future law firm partners should ideally be based in southern Germany, North Rhine-Westphalia, or Berlin and be authorized to plead cases before the courts in those areas. You have had some professional experience as a practicing attorney, are interested in the legal field of insolvency law, are a fully qualified jurist, L.L.M., or a commercial lawyer. We are also open for consultants who are familiar with commercial law, insolvency law, and entrepreneurial processes.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

The BRRS Assistance Team<\/h2>\n

We work with a total of 21 clerks at our five offices. We are looking for assistants with professional experience and structured working methods to join our flexible and cooperative team. You should be able to work under pressure and enjoy interacting with people, even in crisis situations. An aptitude for working with numbers and the ability to work on a team round off your profile. Language skills in English are advantageous; we will be happy to support you with English courses, especially for communication on the phone. Do you speak Russian, Polish, or Turkish? These languages are also helpful in our everyday work.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

What BRRS Offers to the Entire Team<\/h2>\n

In addition to our internal workshops, we organize a team event once a year, at which time employees from all the offices come together, share ideas and experience, and develop a sense of being members of one team. The use of Microsoft Teams and a decentralized data structure provide opportunities for the offices to collaborate with one another without regard for territorial boundaries.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>
