Noch w\u00e4hrend des Studiums arbeitete er in einer Wirtschaftspr\u00fcfungsgesellschaft bzw. in einer insolvenzrechtlich ausgerichteten Anwaltskanzlei. Nach dem Eintritt in das Referendariat behielt er die T\u00e4tigkeit in der Anwaltskanzlei bei.<\/p>\n<p>Von 1992-2017 war er Partner bei HENNINGSMEIER Rechtsanw\u00e4lte. 2018 gr\u00fcndete Joachim B\u00fcttner mit <a href=\"https:\/\/www.brrs-rechtsanwaelte.de\/team\/jutta-ruedlin\/\">Jutta R\u00fcdlin<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.brrs-rechtsanwaelte.de\/team\/ulrich-rosenkranz\/\">Ulrich Rosenkranz<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.brrs-rechtsanwaelte.de\/team\/dr-stephan-schlegel\/\">Stephan Schlegel<\/a> dann BRRS Rechtsanw\u00e4lte. Den <a href=\"https:\/\/www.brrs-rechtsanwaelte.de\/standort-hamburg\/\">Standort Hamburg<\/a> leitet er seither gemeinsam mit Ulrich Rosenkranz.<\/p>\n<p>Er ist Autor im Hamburger Kommentar zum Insolvenzrecht (\u00a7\u00a7\u00a063-65 InsO, \u00a7\u00a7\u00a01-3, 9-20 InsVV). Neben dem Verg\u00fctungsrecht betreut er dort seit der 8. Aufl. auch den Anhang zu \u00a7\u00a05 InsO, der sich mit dem Informationsrecht des Insolvenzverwalters gegen\u00fcber der Finanzverwaltung befasst (DSGVO, IFG, etc.).<\/p>\n<p>Er lebt mit seiner
